To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Premium Christmas Slots

  • Standard Appointment Hours are Mondays to Fridays: 10:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Appointments at 9:00AM or 6:00PM will incur an additional fee of £25
  • Appointments at 7:00PM will incur an additional fee of £30.
  • Saturdays are an additional charge of £20

Payment and Cancellation

  • A £15 non-refundable deposit is required, this amount will be deducted from the remaining balance
  • The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer
  • No shows will be charged 95% of the outstanding balance
  • If you'd like cancel/ reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
  • Rescheduling can only happen once within the same month or a new deposit must be paid
  • Each client has a 10 minute grace period, if you are over 10 minutes late then a £10 late fee will be applied. If you are 20 minutes late, a £20 late fee will be applied. After 21 minutes the appointment will be cancelled.

what to know

Additional Info & Hair Prep

  • The standard length is mid back, if you require a longer length please select that option
  • No plus ones, unless agreed prior
  • Please do not book on the same day you have an event as your hair may take additional time, I take pride in my work therefore I will not rush
  • Please consult with me prior to booking if you have hair loss or thinning edges
  • Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and fully detangled from root to tip
  • Please do not add any oils or leave in conditioner to your hair prior to your appointment
  • Please do not book if you have recently trimmed your hair
  • Please contact me prior to your appointment if you'd like a colour blend (Xpressions) as this will incur an additional fee
  • If you don’t meet the requirements and I have to cancel on the day, there is a charge of £50 Your hair has to be 4 inches or longer If unsure, send pictures.
For synthetic goddess braids, purchase cherish - deep twist If you would like to use human hair, you can purchase this from us (recommended - select this Option in the add on section) or you can provide your own
